The pistons are always made of hypereutectic cast, because its cheap, light and it can withstand alot of torque and rpm.

 

HEAD TYPE

 

The headtype is always a dual overhead cam-5 valve per cilinder unit, because, the emissions are very low, the power output is more and the service costs are pretty low.

 

HEADMATERIAL

 

The headmaterail is always AlSi because otherwise the the MTBF is very low.

 

ASPIRATION

 

The engine's of Halfix Ltd. are always natural asprirated, because turbo engine's are not very kind to the environment.

 

FUEL SYSTEM

 

The engine's of Halfix Ltd. have always a Direct-Injection unit, because you will get alot more horsepower and its kinder to the environment.

 

INTAKE

 

The intake of the engine's are always a standard intake, becaue its cheap and the loudness is low.

 

FUEL TYPE

 

The fuel type of the engine's is always Ultimate Unleaded, because it has a lower AKI.

 

EXHAUST HEADER

 

The exhaust header is always a Turbular unit, because its cheap, the loudness is very low and the airflow is high.

 

CATALYTIC CONVERTER

 

Our engine's have always a High-Flow-Three-Way catalytic converter, because its very kind to the environment, the weight is very low and the airflow is very high.

 

MUFFLERS
